UPDATE: Dennis Setzer will drive Spears Motorsports' #75 Chevy in the Truck Series in 2007, crew chief Dave McCarty said Wednesday afternoon. The team had considered switching to Toyotas for next season but is remaining with Chevrolet. Setzer, who has spent the last six years with Morgan/Dollar Motorsports, was looking for a ride as sponsorship issues may leave Morgan/Dollar fielding just one truck next year. Development drivers from Ginn Racing, formerly MB2 Motorsports, are committed to Morgan/Dollar's #47 entry. Aric Almirola drove for Spears this year as part of Joe Gibbs Racing's development program, but he'll focus more on the Busch Series next year. McCarty is looking forward to working with the veteran Setzer, who struggled to a 13th-place finish in the point standings this past season.
