Subject: Locations of sex offenders


A friend of mine sent this to me and it blew me away to see how close some of these offenders are to schools. There is also a Sexual Offender Registry in almost every state that shows pictures and last known address that can be checked as well. We should know when these people live close to our children so we can protect them.

Go to this link and enter your street address...it will show a "house" in the middle of the map, that's your house... all the little colored boxes are registered Sex Offenders... click on them and you get a name, address & picture of the person along with his crime... pretty amazing and scary...it shows you where they live in proximity to your home and the local schools.

holy crap, theres one no more than 5 m,iles from here and i know exactly where the house is (been there umpteen times on the way to the lake)..!

Ha, you think thats bad, type in wisconsin, 53711, there is 278 in my 5 mile radius.
 
The registered laws are unkind to many of the offenders. Some were 19 year old males that had willing girlfriends 17 years old.. And they are marked for life. Many under age girls have sex with older boys and never get caught. To mark a young man for life over such a situation is extreme.
The other side of the coin would be the men that prey on prepubescent children.. Or the rapists that drag women off of the streets.. The law should apply to them for sure.

Sorry kat, but there ARE instances where a young man has has intercourse with his girlfriend, she becomes pregnant and the parents have the young man arrested. The young man is charged with statutory rape, but the young girlfriend CONSENTED to having sex. (I'm NOT talking about the 12-14 yo girls, but the 16 & 17 yo girls) In incidences such as those, I have to agree with Betsy on this one. These young men shouldn't be marked for life. (Good Lord, help me!!! I agreed with Betsy! ;) )
 
'Fraid I'm going with Kat on this one. But then, I'm the sort of a**hole who holds parents responsible for the actions of their children too. My parents made damn sure I knew the rules before they let me date. I banged hell outta those girls, knowing full well the consequences if I got caught. The law arbitrarily sets the responsible age at 18. It used to be much younger. Granted, used to be if I caught a boy of any age with my little girl, I had the option of shooting his ass on the spot, or making him marry her ... and his parents would back me up on it.

Exhibit A: My high school
 
Look at the "FINE" example set by a GA woman in her mid 30's who seduced, then married a 15 year old boy. She gave birth to their baby while in custody and hasn't seen the baby since. He fled a juvinile detention center after the marriage.
Should SHE be labled a sex offender? I SAY HELL YES!
Should we all stay virginal until 18? I don't think that will ever happen.
PREDATORY behaviour is just plain wrong!
 
That scenario is not even CLOSE to what I was talking about. In NO WAY was I referring to a teacher seducing a student. THAT is completely wrong and she should be labeled a sex offender.
 
It is just sex for gods sake! We (humans) are the only animal on the planet that has sex at every opportunity and attempts to hold our children back.. It is by far the most basic of our instincts. Consensual sex between post pubescent humans is NORMAL behavior... Get over it folks! Our genes are speaking to us the moment we become of productive age. (some more than others)
Rape of a prepubescent child or dragging another person off of the street should be punishable to the fullest.. But consensual sex between willing post pubescent people is totally normal..
As for the teacher and the willing young boy? SO? Who was hurt?
It was just sex! If either had sex ALONE you would consider it normal? So why not together? What TRUE harm was done?
Walking down the street we see the sexual organs of ALL other species... Yet we continue to hide our own from others to even LOOK at.. What the hell is this all about? We all have the same parts of our bodies. Yet we continue to cover only certain parts..
Does this contribute to some of our silly sex laws? Maybe, just maybe it might have something to do with certain religious teachings?..

Betsy, you are a real gem for sure. The more I read from you, the more I believe you have a screw loose. But I certainly am entertained by you. Keep it up. I haven't had this good of a laugh about nuttyness in a very long time.

If I responded to every impulse and reflex, there'd be a bloody streak stretching from my house to my office and back, replenished daily.

I have five daughters.. What they do for sex is their OWN business.. However from your tone I doubt you'd get lucky with any of them.

Look guys sex is such a simple common thing that nothing should be made of it. All the other beings on this planet do sex as a matter of course.. WE are the only ones that think we must hide in a dark place to do the most natural thing in life..
When we look around all the other beings are doing sex as a normal part of life.. None of them have an age limit... As soon as one of them would like to have sex it is totally Ok with the others.
C'mon talk about it and not attempt make small of others.. What ARE your thoughts on the subject?

Actually, no. I catch. Then I decide wether to bash the f&*#@rs head in with it. And that's a decision too. Not a reflex.

If genes influenced US to murder how many of us would be left? If through the generations the murder gene prevailed we would all be dead..
Almost if not all of us would commit murder under the right conditions. Most of us realize the penalties for murder and no matter how much we wish to commit it ...we do not.
In today's world some of the high priests are telling their followers that great rewards will be reaped if they commit murder..
But as a basic instinct? I doubt murder is in there anywhere.
You can smart a$$ all you wish but your instinct tells you to draw your hand away from a hot plate.. or to duck when an object comes flying at you.. The very same instincts that tell us it is time to have sex.. You do not even bother to deny it! You simply poke fun at the poster.
Hey I am all for putting the bad people away for life..or worse. But post pubescent people having sex with anyone they CHOOSE should never be a crime. Violent sex? Yep that is a crime. Sex with prepubescent children? Yep! That too should be a crime.
Why not post YOUR opinions here if you have any to post.

NOW::::::::::BACK YO THE ORIGINAL SUBJECT.
This is NOT the Podium, but it is an important subject for ALL! to see, not argue about. Sexual predators are SICK and sure don't belong near schools.
Remember that the one's listed are CONVICTED and on Parole. Many CONVICTED offenders never even report to the PO, many are on probation and not parole, and then skip out. All offenders are SUPPOSED to register, but many do NOT.
Who is YOUR neighbor?
