Isn't that what Talladega's hall is?
No I don't think the NASCAR HOF in Charlotte should have been an ALL Racing HOF. IMO the thing is there are many other HOF that covers RACING, but not that covers and gives proper attention and credit to the NASCAR drivers of the lower series that has made NASCAR what it is today.
