Maybe the demographic of this forum doesn't recognize the name. She certainly deserves an honorable mention. Child STAR, U.S. diplomat, humanitarian. Quite an accomplished life.

I am 70 years old, I remember her, her movies and her career after the movies very well, and I admired her tremendously. She was one of the ones that escaped the hype of stardom. RIP
