The holidays are not very far away, has anyone started their shopping yet. I must admit that I have picked up a couple of things for my brother, but so far, that's it.

I actually did get one thing for DE so far..............it is a start........

Men don't understand that the thrill of shopping is the hunt for the perfect purchase. Going from store to store in search of the perfect present or the perfect bargin. Shopping is definately an art.

boy, do i ever agree with you there...it is an art...........we have to find the perfect gift...even though they look at it with...hmmmmmmm......thanks honey....but we know in our hearts it is the perfect gift for them................

but shopping oh boy.........isn't it fun? and FOR PURSES............my downfall................love them.........:D
 
I too, am a purse freak. There is nothing like the smell of a new leather purse. If you can get it on sale, even better!!!:calpping:
 
Just love that feeling when you spy that perfect gift that you've been hunting for!:D Men think you say you need one thing, you get it and get out of the store. When will they learn that means nothing! We MAY need that one thing, but it doesn't stop us from looking for other things we MIGHT need!:p

Already half finished with my shopping, I started in about July.

Do like Cutie.......go to every thrift store and yard sale you can find!! That's in addition to Wal-Mart and regular stores!! We even went to a computer show about a month ago and what did we buy? A PURSE!!:D You ain't a purse freak............Cutie is though!!:D
 
You women folk is scary when it comes to shopping, no doubt. Get and get out is my creedo, anything else is just a plain fright.

BUT, let me loose in a grocery store on a good day and I will buy EVERYTHING whether I need it or not:D :D

I've got to admit that while I'm TOTALLY heterosexual, I think that the big guy upstairs forgot to give me some of them there women's gene's! I absolutely, without a doubt, HATE purses! I only carry one if it's a fairly formal function or I've got a visitor in from out of town (see other post, don't remember which one, but you'll know it when you see it) I live in my Levi's and my license and ATM card fit perfectly in my back pocket. I can't stand having to go out and keep up with a purse. I'd rather play pool and socialize when I go out. When I do that, I forget that I have a purse. Next thing you know, it's GONE. I'm just a total tomboy I guess. Heck I can't even decorate my house to where it looks like a chick lives in it! :(
 
I hate shopping. Food shopping, clothes shopping, xmas shopping you name it! :p
 
i have been shopping lttle but it as been for my design class. So yea I have to go some gifts for family and friends.

I think I am missing some of the women shopping genes. I hate to shop, any kind of shopping other than shoe shopping. I love to shop for shoes, but anything else and you will have to drag me to do it.

Besides as of right now there are still 50 Days,23 Hours, and 5 Minutes according to my time left till Christmas. That is plenty of time to find gifts and face the crowds also waiting till the last minute. :lol2:
