Big controversy here about moving their beloved for the sake of developing a new community of homes:(

To me, that is sacred ground and build somewhere else!

hmmm seems like the movie POLTERGEIST.......indian burial ground...............thats ok, Kat we have horses buried in our backyard so they say.............doesn't bother me........:)

Hmmm, something I haven't though much about before. Interesting. My first impression is to agree with you Kat, but I'll have to ponder this some more. :)

This is a tough question.

Would I mind if my mother's grave was moved? No, I don't think so, because my mom lives in my heart. Her spirit is all around me. She is not in that coffin, that's just her empty body.

You can't stop progress. I read one time where this state was going to build a dam. This dam was going to make a farily large lake. It was going to cover a couple of small one horse towns. The people in the towns dug up the graves and moved them. They didn't want their loved ones under 40 ft of water. That was Table rock lack at Branson Mo.
