We all know the struggles Junior has had this year. Then again, he has a very good restictor plate record. Should I pick him for my Fantasy race team this week, or leave him parked.

I'm picking him this week but its a toss up when it comes to Daytona or Talladega in fantasy nascar. Pick guys with the best finishing average since the COT came into play.

I don't do fantasy racing, so I'm not real clear on the rules.

But I don't know if I'd pick Junior to win the race. He's been so inconsistant lately, that I doubt he'd have a break through win at Daytona. Sure, he came close at Talladega earlier this year, but then again he was a potential winner at the Talladega fall race last year. He ended up with a DNF because of someone else's wreak.

The restrictor plate races are always a crap-shoot. There are drivers that tend to do well there, but it really just boils down to who avoids "The Big One."

To pick a winner at a restrictor plate race, you'd have better luck putting all the drivers pictures on a wall, throwing a dart, and picking whomever it lands on.

Fantasy is tough for Plate races because half the drivers end up in the 5 big ones.
