With all the exciting bumps and runs and scrapes and bangings and tempares flaring at Richmond and all the great racing we are treated to. I'm asking, should more tracks be built that emulate Richmond International Raceway? It combines Superspeedway racing with short-track flares, a mix of the ideals from the fans, so personally I say Yes.

Someone should build more tracks like Richmond! I have been there for the race! Lots of action and Passing at the place >>>>> unlike most of the 1.5 mile circles! Great Track >>> I guess track owners want to build a place more suitable for other types of racing as well as Nascar! Richmond runs IRL cars! I don't know what else you need at a track! IRL and Nascar should sufice!

With out a doubt yes. Where's nothing like short track racing. I think the majority of drivers prefer short track racing then the super speedways.

It's not as if Richmond can only support stock-car racing...doesn't the IRL race there?

They should build original tracks. If all the tracks were the same why have the series travel around the country?

MORE Richmond style tracks, and no more cookie cutters! AND I wouldn't mind more ROAD RACING!

Short tracks like Richmond and Bristol is what racing really is.

Heck yes!!!

More Richmond,Bristol & Martinsville style tracks, far fewer cookie-cutter tracks & another 1-2 road course events would really beef up the NASCAR schedule IMHO!

I wouldn't have as much trouble staying awake during the cookie-cutter races either ;) :D

I personally would like to hear from the folks who voted no, just so I know the other side of the argument. :)
