Why should he be fined? It's not like he could've hurt Kenseth by throwing the helmet. Plus, race fans love to see this kind of stuff.

NASCAR fans eat this stuff up. Fine him, heck NASCAR should institute some sort of incentive plan for this kind of action. It brings a lot of attention to the sport. Who was that that won anyway last Saturday night?
