jayski has jack sprague as a roty contender and he is not bc he raced 10-20 times inthe early 90's i thought
 
I know he raced BGN some, I don't think Jack Sprague ever did that many Busch races.
 
Ok he has 2 starts in 1996 Atlanta and Phoneix: 1 start in 1997 at bristol. An dI know he started a few raes in the early 90's with hendricks and the old #20 team after Rob Moroso died.
 
I asked on Jacks message board exactly how many WC races he has started in. And also if he will be a ROTY contender. Lets see how good those fans are and if they actually know!!
 
Jack has four total Winston Cup Starts.

In 1996 he drove the #54 Pedigree Pontiac at Phoenix and Atlanta. Finished 23rd at Phoenix. Qualified well at Atlanta (12th) but was involved in an accident (DNF)

In 1997 He drove the #25 Chevy in the Spring Bristol race. Started 40th on a provisional, tangled early, and DNF'd.

This year he ran at Kansas. Started 23rd. Accident.

Aside from this year's two DNQ's he has one other DNQ at Richmond in 1999. This years two failures both had qualifying sessions rained out and Jack had no shot at a prov. If practice times are any indication, he would not have made the field on time at either event.

Jack's BGN starts total 105. He has one career win collected this year at Nashville. Four career poles, three of them this year and the other back in 1991.

Jack's CTS career shows much better results. Three championships. He has a total of 23 wins and 20 poles in his 170 starts in that series. He also has 98 top fives and has finished second and fifth twice each in the points race.

Can't imagine trying ot organize my files to a point where they made sense to anyone else.

So much is already availabe on the web. Ya just gotta dig a little. Just about everything on Jack came from one site. Went and dug a little more to get the DNQ's for the Winston Cup deal and voila.

Even though the page says the stats are for more recent years if ya click on the Driver Statistics link and then click on the driver you'll find that many years are covered, just not in great detail.

I don't know where you pull this stuff from HS, but it is great. Always nice to have someone with too much information on their hands.
