Sim Racing pedal set

Over at the SCCA forums a guy showed a real elaborate unit he built. Gave me a good idea.

The plastic pedals only have a 2" swing. So the levers and geometry make them closer to a 4" swing on cluch (silver/back set) and 3" on mains (red/front set). If i can find some high-pressure springs, i may put some of them on there too, for a decent feedback.

nice setup wonder if the cat (dog?) offers a significant performance advantage.

that was his setup..mine is the CAD renderings. But yea, his is nice. But i just dont think the plastic pedals are realistic- so i'm giving them more swing, closer to real pedal sizes, and hopefully more tension.

I may add a removable upriht for the wheel to sit on, but i doubt it.

I can't wait to get this built. And I think i may have to actually use bigger allthread than i planned...I REALLY DO abuse these pedals!
