Mike Skinner is driving for Bang Motorsports from 2004 thru 2006 in a toyota truck.
 
I would think that Mike is now easily the odds-on fave to take the CTS title next year.

I have to disagree, He'll be driving an un-proven toyota, also that's what they said about bobby hamilton at the first of the year and look where he's at. Now if he was driving a top notch ride then I would agree.
 
What he'll be driving is a Toyota skin and power plant. Other than that it's just another frame and body to be taken to the wind tunnel for testing.

The only unproven part of the truck will be the power and I really don't think Toyota will let them down in that department. These are only 2 to 300 mile races.

While the mega teams do have the advantage, Mike Skinner won't be one to just let the youngins go. Add in Larry Mac and Rick Ren and if the motors hold up????
 
I just think "Bang" Racing is the perfect name of a team for Mike Skinner. LOL
 
Mike Skinner would be good in the Toyota Truck. I hope one of the 5 Toyota Teams win races and championships in the 1st season out their.... Mike Skinner doesnt wreck in CTS. Only cup and busch
 
he gonna race the #3, I thought RCR owned that number in the cts, busch, and cup.
 
On Trackside last night, Mike said he went to Richard about the #3 before he and Larry went to NASCAR.

I have no problem with Mike and the #3 truck --- because that was his number when he started in CTS.
