Knoxville 2010, Sammy blew a right rear with three laps to go. Kings Royal this year, same thing, but coming out of turn four on the last lap.
Sammy has won the Nationals only once, back in 1983.

I'd be looking forward to this year's running of the Knoxville Nationals on tv more so than the Cup race @ the Glen. After all, it's the Super Bowl of sprint car racing. But SPEED will be airing this race on Sept. 3, almost a month after it happens. 
WoO really needs to find a cable channel willing to show this race live to the fans who cannot attend, like TNN did back in the day.
