Got called into work last night to help with the end of a shift. The person working went outside for a few smokes and I didn't join.

Smelled very good though! :cookoo:

Great for you Paul! I am going to go see a hypnotist about quitting smoking on Mon. nite. Hope it works!

When y'all find something that works, lemme know. The only time I was able to quit was when I was in the hospital this summer. So if I can get a doctor to put me on a morphine drip, I have a chance. :D

Paul, there will come a day when it doesn't smell good. I had quit for a lil over a yr and after a few months, it really did start to stink.

TNW, if ya really want to try.... There's a lil pill called wellbutrin. It's got two different uses that I know of. It's prescribed as a smoking deterrent, and it's also prescribed as an antidepressant.
I'm using it to quit smoking and as a bonus, it's helping me deal with the stress at work. I've all but quit. Bought a pack on Mon and will finish it fri. I don't tell people when I'm trying to quit because if I fail...... It's more fun when someone all the sudden asks why you aren't smoking and you tell them that you quit 2 months ago. :)

I don't agree. If you tell all your friends and family, a support system will be there to help you through the tough times. And....going public gives you more resolve to succeed.

You are subconsciously giving yourself and easy 'out' by keeping it a secret. JMO

I really admire your sticking to the quitting:)

Zyban is the same as Wellbutrin, but Rx mainly to quit!
