In Atlanta, news conference right now here.

The ATF, Atlanta PD and FBI have linked John Malvo and John Muhammad to a murder here which occurred Sept. 21, same weapon as was used in Alabama. Still trying to link them to 1 or two unsolved murders here.
 
Let's just hope they get them for all the crimes that they have committed!
 
U.S. Attorney General John Ascroft annouced today that the first trials would be set in Virginia. Muhammed will be tried in Prince William County, where the Commonwealth Attorney has the highest convictions and sentences to death row in the state and the juvenile will be tried as an adult in Fairfax County.

It was said tht the trials would be held in Va because of the amount of evidence found...I think its because we have the death penalty and we can certify juveniles as adults.

All of which is fine by me.

fergy, I have also heard that Malvo may not really be a juvie, and that GA GBI is trying to link Malvo and Muhammad to other unsolved murders in other GA counties around that time.

SLOW, PAINFUL DEATH to both if proven guilty.
 
It was horrible what they did. Although there will be no way back to bring the people they saw fit to remove from our planet, maybe there will be some sort of recourse that will help bring closure to this case. I don't think either should be allowed to live any longer, I think they already gave that right up.
 
The snipers went right throug the town in AL where my best-friends sister lives. :( just happy they are doing fine
