It is hard to say. I know the idea was for Bill to drive the 21 to try to get it back inside the top 35. Plus the fact that he has the CP to use if needed.
i can't see bill doing the rest of the year...is that car in the top 35 yet? he's getting bad luck in it. I'm sure he'lll get back out once back in the 35.

He will drive the car as long as he has the x champ provisional. Then they may get Rusty Wallace or Richard Petty or DW.
well i believe he still has 5 or 6 left, he's made the races on time just hasn't finished them.
