I'm guessing he will break out the dueling pistols and give them 10 paces to keep with the NRA sponsor for the race.
 
Maybe Texas will actually be a good race this year with this Gen-6 car. I wonder if Martinsville's sold out yet.
 
Remember Joey had a fast car at Vegas the last 1.5 mile, I always watch lap times and for pretty much the whole second half of the race joey was the fastest car. He was just stuck laps down from speeding early. Said he had a car that he felt was a top 3-5 car. So hopefully smoke can keep up with him at Texas. I think it'd be better if this was for Martinsville though. That's going to be interesting. I know Joey hasn't made many friends but with the cars he's had he doesn't need to. Just go and win.. they'll respect him for that. He doesn't necessarily need to earn respect, he can take it. Sure he may get dumped a couple times but thats a couple races.. if he can keep running the way he has been it wont matter if he has a few bad races... I just keep thinking..

Any driver should want the win more than the respect of the driver they're racing for it.

lol,..................the self deprecating fat jokes are the best! I love Tony cause he is a lot like me,......we learned very early in life, that eternal bachelorhood is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself as a man today. You can eat what you want, work as hard as you want, shave like you want,.....and plain do everything to please yourself and care about no one else's feelings about anything. It really is a huge sense of freedom, especially if you make it into your 40's and your sex drive starts to go away a bit, then hormones don't mess with your brain as much either.

Ah crap spilled my beer on my frosted flakes again, how am I ever gonna make it to the golf course in time to finish my game before my date at 6,.....................ah hell I just call her up and cancel :D More beer more golf !!!
 
I love a good fight as much as anybody, but I hope this doesn't happen TOO much this season. 2 or 3 good scuffles per season is good enough for me, because like with anything else, when it happens too often it starts to lose its effect, and will come off looking staged. I kinda compare it to cursing: a well placed f-bomb every now and then will grab someone's attention, but if every third word out of your mouth is the f-bomb, it just sounds stupid.

Sounds like you've been with the wrong women my friend. Lol The key is to stay a man, don't let them cut your nuts off at the beginning of the relationship and you will be just fine. Lol
 
See the dilemma NASCAR is having right now and NASCAR TV coverage is what sells on TV right now. We are watching Realty shows of people doing things most people (especially NASCAR people) find offensive. And these shows are through the roof on ratings, and ratings are realty. So when you get moments like the last 10 laps right up to the last interview of Tony, IT IS GREEEAAAAAAAAAAAATTTT REALTY TV!

Has anybody here after a 5 hour drive felt cranky, sore, tired, and feeling like you just wasted a part of your day? Well it happens to them but ten fold. They have 150 degree heat, they all have one goal and when this goal is snatched from you it stings bad, the mere act of driving a car on the limits of tire adhesion (a good driver can go a little further with the tires and slip just enough to get more) beats your brains, eyes, and entire muscle system up. I'm amazed these guys have the control they do when they get out of the cars and have a mic shoved in your face.

So what I'm getting at is we have this "offensive realty TV" stuff just sitting there ready to pop, bout time we let the public see it. They are paid millions to do what they love,.... let us see the real stuff, the real anger, and above all the real remorse they have.

Stayed a man and still am :)

Had couple girlfriends in my life,........and my workaholic tendencies were questioned and used as argumentative ammo, outta here. I have a daughter that is now all growed up love her to death and actually love her mother, we just agreed I am a man that needs his own schedule and goals in life. And these goals will always influence relationships.

But to tell you the truth my friend, I just don't want it, I see it as unnecessary, I really do love myself A LOT :D I have set back and thought about it long and hard, I just don't even see it as a normal thing that you have to accomplish in life. I live life for the now, and right now coffee and an awesome message is making my day! This board is fun.
