I got two pair of pajama pants and a jar of peanuts. Seriously. We were able to get the kids a few things they liked though, and that's what really matters.

New Sirius Sportster 5:
I have the XM version no boombox just got it hooked up to a pair of computer speakers :idunno:

g.d. XM charges you extra per month for a 2nd radio. WTH happened to customer loyalty discounts and the like?

So does Sirius. I bought a lifetime subscription on mine and hubby's radios. I have to pay $75 to transfer it to my new radio, tho.

I got shirts...and a belt. No groovy cool new toys or anything this year, other then my airline tickets to Tulsa in 2 weeks.

22" widescreen LCD so i could put the 19" LCD as my secondary, and not have the CRT taking up space.

shirts from the IMS museum (my dad went to indy a few weeks ago for job training)

couple of tool sets

It was alot granted the economy right now.

We did without

this year. We really wanted nothing that we don't get ourselves during the year. We did the same for the children and grandchildren.. We give liberally during the year and see no reason to purchase stuff they can't use.
Xmas was just another day for us this year. We spent it on the ranch.. and enjoyed each others company.
Betsy;)

I got a nice 10 inch compound miter saw and a Garmin Nuvi 255W that I'm about ready to go out in the garage and set up. We each got the other half a couple of special things and then the kids a basket full of things they can use.

Hooked up the TV today. Can't get any TV stations on OTA DTV still so it looks like I'll be giving DirecTV a call.

I had one of the old 5" TVs at work. I replaced that with a nice 10" HD. Works great on OTA with rabbit ears. Also a Sirius Boombox to replace the computer speakers I had been using. Most of the other stuff I would have gotten anyway.
The wife's wanting to trade in her Van. So car shopping is on the menu at some point.

My best friend got me a bowling ball 2 years ago for Christmas. It's a Motley Crue bowling ball. I still haven't gotten it drilled. I can't bring myself to do it.

I don't think I would either. That's really cool. Figured it was time to replace the old one I bought in 81.
