I've visited some of the places here in Texas --- good eating.

I must say, though, that not one of those "burgers" appeals to me. Most are way to big and have too much stuff on them.

I saw the show where they made the lamb burger and I'd like to try it but other than that I'm with ya.

I can see trying some of the toppings one or two at a time. But some of those things are a mess waiting to happen.
