Not only will The PURPLE m&m car be there but...The #22 Caterpillar Dodge driven by Ward Burton will sport the flames/CAT deals scheme at Bristol this week. Also will have the Purple #36 M&M's, the #20 in The Peanut's scheme, and the #97 will have a special Sharpies scheme. See images of the cars at my Paint Scheme Gallery.(8-19-2002

Jayskis has the pics http://jayski.thatsracin.com/schemes/paintschemes.htm
...go down a bit and there are 2 selections

I really like Smoke's black and orange look:)

Thanks for the link :)

I want more special paint schemes, more I tell you.

I wonder how much that #90 team is really getting to put Lucas Oil on there.

(From Jayski's)
Toby Keith on the #40: #40-Sterling Marlin will run a Toby Keith (country singer) paint scheme
at Phoenix.(7-31-2002)

Wasn't it last year, or maybe the year before, that Sterling had KISS on the hood at Phoenix? How does one get from KISS to Toby Keith? And no, country fans, it is NOT called an upgrade. :D

Must be that Coors is a major sponsor of their tours...

Could be, especially on Toby. I have seen KISS live every year since 1984 (sometimes several shows a year) and they have never had a sponsor. They don't need one, they sell out in minutes. Besides, believe it or not, Gene Simmons doesn't drink. Paul Stanley rarely does.

I don't like Jayski's, too much info and terrible to navigate. I guess I'll just wait for qualifying to see the paint.

I'll try to post the rest for you tonight, Kat. The files are too big, and I don't have PhotoShop here at work to resize them. :(

Kat, you may not care anymore, but here's the first of the others.

Can't wait to see Shrader in a purple firesuit. Hope they make him wear one. :D

Ooh, dang those cars look sweet, and even better under the lights, I can't wait!!!

(already started packing, how sad is that...)

I totally understand, HH!! When I went in '98, I didn't know jack about anything. Though I had been to two races already and knew I enjoyed it, I basically just liked the idea of another road trip. Still, I had an amaaaaazing time there. The place was just mesmerizing to me. I had been to the Coke 600 a few months prior, but this night race was just special. Too bad my ex and I broke up a week after we got back, forever marring Bristol in my mind. I will go back one day, though...

Hope you have a great time, HH! I am still sooooo jealous...
