It's a dang good thing I live on top of a hill. The last 3 days have been rain, rain, and more rain. Thunder, lightning, heavy fog ---- geesh. Knocked out the phone lines, and had intermittent power outages. Was afraid to turn the 'puter on. One of the downsides to living out in the sticks. *sigh*

Will get the Big Dawg results up a little later.

However, 'tis a sunny morning, so maybe I'll be able to dry out. :bounce:

(((((HUGS)))))) to everyone.

I was truly hoping that you didn't float away, TRL. Having only the computer to keep up with you, I was getting worried about you! I do know that within a span of about 45 minutes yesterday, our little town here was drowned with about 2 inches of rain! Try to stay dry!

Look on the good side, at least you aren't in Houston anymore! Did you see the flooding going on down there???

Sure did, maj. Couldn't believe my eyes. Fortunately, it didn't hit my former neighborhood as hard --- only about 4 inches of rain.

I checked on my friends and they are all OK.

EVERYTHING is big in Texas!

Even the rain!

Good to see that both of you ladies are OK.

Guido, the main problem is that the rain tends to come all at once. LOL

Have a good off-season. :)
Thanks, TRL.

After a quick trip to NYC to visit in-laws for Thanksgiving, I plan to park it for awhile.

Boy ain't that the truth, TRL. I don't think steady rain is in the Texas weather vocabulary. Most of the time it is all or nothing, and most of the time it's nothing! Enjoy your off time, Guido, and if you get to Texas in April 2004, please let me know! I will be at the Texas races. ;)

No problem there, Maj.

I like women that have a little spunk.

Well, I just got my camping spaces reserved. So, now all I have to do is wait for April to get here! *****pacing floor already***** lol! :D

Now that front is pouring down rain on Georgia :( but certainly NOT the 10 inches reported in Houston, mercie bon dieux. I am glad y'all are OK, and we now need to hear from Fourisis in Louisana!
