How many of you race fans go to the races and go to your favorite drivers souvinour rig to by the merchandie?

in 2006, Nascar is removing the Trailors for pop-up tents since Action/Team Caliber was bought by Americrown.... What is ISC Motorsports thinking

isn't that what you do during the season? Sell at the trailers?

yes i know, i work on a souvinor trailor.... Nascar is pulling all of the souvinor rigs off the circuit starting in 2006

I believe that ISC and SMI together bought out Action Performance, the company that handles nearly all of the driver's souviner sales and trailers anyhow.

Americrown is the company which provides the catering services to the ISC tracks and I didn't see their name mentioned in conjunction with the souviner deal at all.

i loved the trailers.. oh well, guess itll just save me some money..

I don't know what they have planned, but you can bet that they aren't going to change the carnival-like atmosphere. If anything, they will try to make it better and I'm betting there will be special tents for various things to help bring in the people. It could be more like a department store in that one area, the tents might be fore die casts and another area could be for clothing. But then again, you could have different tents for different drivers, more or less like it is today. I see this as only hurting those who work in the haulers. I wonder how they will handle the indepents.

The Independts are still allowed on the track in 2006.
