•Busch's speeding case postponed: The court appearance for NASCAR driver Kyle Busch set for Wednesday will likely be postponed to a later date. Busch was set to be in administrative traffic court after he was caught going 128 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour zone in rural Iredell County in late May. Busch was driving a high performance Lexus LFA super car given to him by Toyota, whose cars and trucks he drives in NASCAR. If convicted of speeding and reckless driving, Busch would have his license automatically suspended for 60 days by the department of motor vehicles. A judge also could find him guilty of a second-class misdemeanor, which under North Carolina law has a maximum punishment of up to 60 days in jail and a suspension of a driver's license for up to 12 months.(WBTV)(7-19-2011)

Guess they didn't like the deal that was put on the table or that's pretty normal for the courts anymore keep putting it off for a couple years or so.

Sadly thats very true but from another veiw the average guy who breaks the law or makes a mistake doesent have his name in the headlines when it happens.
We've all done stupid stuff specially when fast cars or women where involved thats Life ;)
 
How much of a break did Kurt get a few years ago in Arizona? LOL
 
OH! I know why they moved the date! It is all a conspiracy by NASCAR! They favor Busch so much that they control the courts and had it moved...this will happen again and again until he never has to appear!

Oh, also, NASCAR just had the Jimmie Johnson 2011 2012 and 2013 Championship T-Shirts and Hats printed as part of a conspiracy too!!!

There will always be black helicopters in NASCAR.
 
UPDATE: The court appearance for NASCAR driver Kyle Busch was postponed from Wednesday to Aug. 23. Busch's attorney, Cliff Homesley, requested the continuance, which is standard procedure when a case first comes to court. Busch was scheduled to appear in administrative court Wednesday but the continuance was granted. Homesley indicated Busch would resolve the charges at his Aug. 23 court date.(Stateville Record & Landmark)(7-21-2011)
 
I certainly don't see this as an anti-Kyle thread. Actually, this postponement stuff happens all the time.

Kyle may have had previous contractual commitments --- proved it to the court and got a delay. No big deal.
 
Meh, not enough material to bash him. This is pretty standard stuff when it comes to court proceedings actually.
 
Will be organizing a protest march Saturday at noon.

Schedule

Meet at the 600 club at noon.

Noon to 1pm: Will study maps to the Iry-Dale courthouse, and develop a route.

1pm-2m lunch (bring your own sam-miches)

2pm: Commence with the march "to bring on some rowdy justice to the courthouse, and make that boy pay, make him burn, and whatnot"

3pm: Suggest that the women protesters march naked, Hey the PETA people know how to get attention. So GetherDone.

lol - you're protesting over a routine court date postponement? how about doing something useful and doing a rain dance?

Ladies, no shaving. We want the images to be a subtle reminder of who we are protesting against.

Really, no problem, we are reasonable, open minded, or a big tent movement, so we welcome all female Brazilian's too.


We just love the law, and righteousness, wanting to see the Infidel pay for his crimes against humanity. We're even open to caining of flogging to reduce the length of the penitentiary time.



If Samantha Busch as a matter of principle participates in the march for justice, I will even testify and lobby for a full pardon. We are very fair lovers of the law.
