I guess we'll have to disagree then, because I still see it the way I called it. I too have a DVR, and watched the replay more than once. His wheels weren't turned to the right until after the initial contact, and then they were turned right because his backend was toward the wall. And the thing is, Kyle had the spot coming down the back stretch, and even was ahead a small bit. Jr didn't have the track, they were as close to side-by-side as can be. If you "have the track" then you're clear all around. The guy below you should ned to slam on his brakes if you decide to take the low line.
Racing deal. Very unfortunate racing deal, but a racing deal just the same. Jr tried the high line, and left the opening for Kyle to try and take. So what you're saying is, if you open the door, even a little, the other guy shouldn't try and step through it with 3 laps to go?
Believe me, I wanted Jr to win as much as anyone, and as disappointing as that was, I don't completely blame Kyle for it.
