Good to see Jeff Burton locked into the Chase now. :)

So how many are locked in now? I forgot what they said the number you needed. Also, what are all those other numbers after their position and/or how many points behind first?

Congratulations to Kyle, Carl, Jimmie, Junior and Jeff B.

Nice work by Kevin and esp. Matt for turning his season around.

My Jeff............ ugggh. Are we sure he drives for Hendrick? LOL ;)

The top 5 are locked in.

First number --- the number of points the driver has
Second number --- the amount they are behind the leader
Third --- # of races they've started
Fourth --- # of poles
Fifth --- # of wins
Sixth --- # of top 5s
Seventh --- # of top 10s

I'd love to see Vickers make it. That team has come a long way and put forth alot of effort since last year.

Vickers is 190 points behind Bowyer. I'm pretty sure he won't make it unless Bowyer is caught cheating and has points deducted.

Ragan is only 17 points behind Bowyer and 86 behind Hamlin so he still has a good chance to get in.

Kahne is 44 and 120 out so he could if Bowyer or Hamlin get taken out early.

Gordon is 102 ahead of Ragan and 129 on Kahne. He should be safe unless something bad happens.

Oh gawd .. don't mention Gordon and bad in the same sentence. LOL It's been one of those kind of years. I sure could have used his season last year in 2008 with all the bad things that have happened to me this year. But nooooooooooooo... I can't even get a smidgeon of enjoyment during cup races. Ugggh.

I'd love to see Ragan in, but I want to see Clint in as well. Heck, I'd love to see Kasey in, but then who do I take out of the top 12... ummm... ok, I pick Hamlin for throwing his crew under the bus when he had that bad night. >: )

Thanks TRL. Why does it look so obvious now that you explained it? LOL :D

Well as long as he has Steve Retard as his crew chief I don't know that it's going to get much better. I'd like to see Retard go over and help Eury and let Jeff get someone, anyone else.

Maybe, just maybe Jimmy and Jeff could swap crew chief's?:)

2 retards? would that make a good crewchief or a so-so one

David Ragan is very good at Richmond.

And he's pretty much gonna have to win the race since Bowyer's also very good at Richmond. However, Bowyer's struggled lately. Should be an interesting race to watch Sunday afternoon.
