According to happy hour speeds and qualifing, looks like Rusty is in for another dismal performance, unless he finds some speed somewhere.

I was pretty disappointed with the #20's qualifying, but he was 12th or 13th in practice, so maybe Smoke can pull it out and finally win at his home track.
