NASCAR says they're gonna let drivers have personalities (within reason)

Drivers wanted more traditional look and feel to racecars, hence the return of the spoiler.

Yellow line rule stays (boooo) - Never saw the need for this rule and is totally subjective. This rule will be altered in the near future IMO.

Bigger restrictor plates was a nice surprise. The rest was already known. The iRacing thing was announced in January 2009, but it just went live. They've had most of the NASCAR tracks on their for a while with late model stocks. Now they have the CoT. They also have the IRL license.

I'm neutral on this, as I don't do racing sims on the PC. Hopefully they're going to announce more console based NASCAR games, and they wont be made by EA.

You ever played on iRacing some of the best online racing you can get into right now. Plus the idiots that wreck constantly get weeded out so you have people that really want to race on there.


its funny to cause the guy who founded iRacing is the same guy that was screwed by nascar at Papyrus after Nascar 2003 came out. Then the license went to EA and they havent made a good racing sim.......ever.
