Larry Foyt will not be participating at Martinsville this weekend.

Do you think AJ is not happy with the team? It must be pretty hard on a guy who was one of the better and most competitive racer of his time, to run so poorly.

I think he needs a new driver, and not his son...Larry just isn't a very good Cup driver,the Busch Series or Truck Series would be better for him and the team.

I don't think the team is ready for WC, it seems so underfunded maybe, I don't know.

yes way underfunded, goto the busch series with your team and build from there

Larry wasn't very good in the Busch series either, but a heck of a nice guy. Must take after Mom's side of the family. :lol:

Harrah's is the ones who wanted to be in cup and they wanted Larry to continue as the driver. AJ will be in Japan this weekend for the IRL IndyCar race ( should be there now) I wonder home much say AJ has in the Cup team. To me it kinda feels liek larry runs the Cup team more that AJ, and AJ's main job is with the IRL team.
