Steel Block Bandits

Virginia Motor Speedway hosted the Steel Block Bandits late model series on Saturday night, welcoming a large field of cars and a good crowd, despite the early downpours that delayed the action by a couple hours. With cars from all over Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and even Pennsylvania, the local drivers rose to the challenge and thrilled the crowd with great racing all night long. The other local divisions of Sportsman, Modifieds and Limited Stock were also on hand to fill out the show.
