Good old Steve Park grab the pole at Daytona. Team mate Kevin Harvick on outside pole. Hope that is a good sign. :D

I hope that Steve doesn't mess up and wreck the whole field. I think he lost his luster after that wreck at Rockingham a few years back. :(

He got hurt and Darlington, not Rockingham.

I just hope steve doesnt try wrecking the feild coming off of turn 2 like he did at California....

:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: Way to go Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think Steve has learned alot from what happened at California, I think he will be much more patient . I'm really looking forward to Saturday night, after the way Steve ran at Talladega, before being forced to fix that spoiler. It would be great if he won, and I think he'll be in contention, but I just want a good solid top 5 or 10 to help relieve some of the pressure and gain confidence.

That was a bad deal from Nascar. They should have let him keep goin in and out so he culd have stayed ont he lead lap.

I sure hope he can run good. I think he'll be in contention at Indy. He always seems to run really well there, and should have won in 2000 or 2001, bad fuel milage cost him that day. I think thats why DEI has worked hard at improving their fuel milage situation.

The thing that makes me mad about that deal is there were other guys running around with loose spoilers and worse and NASCAR didn't make them fix it. I agree about Indy. I also think if he can get a good run Saturday, the boost in confidence will help him run better at other tracks.

COngrats to Park!!! Of all RCR guys I am glad he got the pole! Now lest see if he can keep the car up front!

Another Sign of the Apocalypse: RCR beating DEI at Daytona ?

I don't mean to offend the Park fans but it scares me to know that Steve will lead the field on a restrictor plate race where the "big one" is just a matter of time. I see bad things early! I hope I'm wrong oh.

Well,I am pretty neutral on Park>Not my favorite but seems like a pretty good guy.I dont see Steve blowing it this time though.I look for him to run pretty good all day.And lets all hope the 'big one' doesnt even occur this year.

I hope Steve has a good finish. He is one of my favorite drivers and he needs some good luck for a change.

:( Steve was doing a real nice job tonight and he and Robby were drafting up to the front when they got taken out in the big wreck. Steve showed he could run with the big boys tonight and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.
