Stewart says he doesn't Deserve a Chase Spot

I totally understand what Tony is saying, however, there is no reason for him not to fight hard to make the chase. Lets face it, their may be a "12 car field" but in the end, there is only three or four drivers who seem to have a legit shot at the championship each year in the chase.
 
He won't have to worry about that after next week.He will be out of the top 10.
 
Agreed. But he can easily win any of the next 3 races. He had a good car at Bristol last year and some idiot ran into the back of him under caution. He won Atlanta last year and has ran well at Richmond in the past.

I notice you used the terms " last year" and "in the past" Do you think the ownership Deal is finaly getting to Stewart? Newmans been better this year than he has in the past where Stewart has become just a also ran.
 
^ Good question, he did seem to run better when all he had to do was drive. I do believe it's time for a new CC. Things just aren't clicking anymore with DG.
 
Tony has frustrated the sh*t out of me this year. He needs to grow his set of balls back. If he keeps up racing like this he won't have to worry about making the Chase and even if he does make it he won't win it anyway. I miss the old Tony.

If he grows them back, can he please send whatever Miracle Gro formula he uses to The White House... I'd like to see our President grow a set of balls as well.

If you are talking about Kyle Busch it's a different situation. Kyles been trying to change his off the track actions but he still races hard and goes for the wins just like he always has.

I wish Tony was still in the #20.

Smoke was offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and he would have been an idiot not to have taken advantage of that opportunity!!
 
Yeah, I enjoyed that interview. Tony tells it like it is and the truth. You gotta love the guy.

My avatar is actually a close-up of the Pee Wee Herman Doll - which looks much more like Kyle Busch than Paul Reubens...;)

You know I saw PeeWee at a Orlando Predators practice awhile back ( on the feild doing a meet and greet, half the players had no clue who he was? )
he has'nt changed a bit, LOL

Stewart has been slow all weekend and had a very poor qualifying lap. If they don't figure out something and keep him from going a lap down early, he'll never make it up and be in for a long night and seriously damage his chances to make the Chase.

Is Tony the one that said something like "If you can not make the chase then you should retire as a driver(or go back to nationwide"?
 
Anyone know where I can get some good HQ pics of Tony's car from Bristol? May have been slow but it looked good lol
