Step on them.
They're invasive little ****s. You open your door for 2 seconds to go outside and 20 of the damn things fly in. They're everywhere. Not uncommon to go outside and see 50 or 60 of them hanging out on a single window.
Not to mention they're the ugliest damn bug known to man.

d-Phenothrin. We use it to decontaminate aircraft, when directed by customs. Not sure how well it would work outdoors, but, if you can find it in the civ market, get at least 2% concentration.
