Cool pic I would have to say that is one of my favorite movies of all time.:beerbang:

I know Earnhardt and the Gomer Pyle idiot but who are the other two? Please don't burn me on this. Gotta love Torkle fried chicken.

the sad thing is, I remember hating this movie when it came out ( I read the book and it was NOTHING like the book, book was AWESOME...)But after watching it a couple of times, it grew on me.... watching it 20 years later, and its scary how this movie shows coporate America influence in racing (anyone remeber the Bojangles add campaign with Cale and Cope???) still a funny movie.... best scene is the opening with Lugs and Stroker fussin over Ace wrecking the car, blamin each other, then Ken Sqire interviews them and they go all politically correct....."Lugs Harvey is the best crew chief out there....... lol.

I watched it for the first time in several years last year. I thought it was scary how NASCAR has actually become like the movie and how the sponsors treat the drivers.

I thought that was Petty but did not want to look like a bigger idiot. I would have enver guessed Rudd but I definatly see it now. Thanks.

The last time I watched it I was explaining that to my wife. I remember telling her that the funny thing is that NASCAR is getting just as silly as the movie as far as the sponsors go.

It's a matter of time before we see a driver wearing a chicken suit in the car. Fastest chicken in the south.
