@AndyMarquisLive I figure you would be able to tell us what the average purses run at the SLM races you go to all the time.
Here in Fla 4-17 had a race scheduled for tonight, 150 lapper, but, it's rained out, it's that time of year here.
The purse was 3000.00 to win and 500.00 to start.
The largest SLM purse I have seen in my area was at Desoto Speedway at 5000.00 to win 500.00 to start and 1250.00 to fast qualifier.
What do you see?

Seems about right. There are a lot more "big money" races in SLM racing though, although most of the people who run those end up spending more than the race pays to run it.

Super Late Model racing has a ton of $10,000 to win and even $25,000 to win races, whereas Late Model Stock Car racing only has one $25,000 race (the Martinsville fall classic) and two other $10,000 races (Hampton Heat at Langley and Myrtle Beach fall Speedweeks).
