Anyone for lasagna tonight? First time I've made it so I'm anxious to see how it turns out. Just seemed like the ricotta and cheese mix was a bit too thick, but I know it will thin out in the oven.

Lasagne is a great dish. How's come this is the first time you have made it. Glad that it turned out ok though. A little advice though, you should make enough for leftovers.

The wife told me that I've made it before, but I don't remember. My recipes are all for two and thus we don't usually have leftovers. But when we do, we have three four legged friends who insist that they should get what we don't eat.Lasagne is a great dish. How's come this is the first time you have made it.
