Gonna have one of them southern style steaks tonight, or as I used to call them back in Oklahoma, chicken fried steak. A big ole batch of mashed taters with prolly green beans and thick white gravy over all. Hmmmmmmm. BTW, this is not a fatening dish. :) I don't care what anyone says! :p
 
Canceled the steaks for tonight and will go with Subway. A bit too late to start the steaks. Will make them tomorrow. Have to watch Trading Spaces at 8:00 til 10:00.
 
I finally got rid of the last of my chilli. It was very good and I can't wait to begin another batch.
 
Cutie says I make it too spicy (I didn't know you could make chili too spicy!!:) )........so, her job is putting the stuff in tonight!!:D
 
Gotta admit............it's tasting pretty darned good!! I think it was the cumin (I put too much in last time!!):) Not done yet, but getting close!! Cutie's hard to beat when it comes to the kitchen!!:D

I am stuffed now...........made corn muffins to go with it too.....were gonna have crackers...........but had a damned ant invasion..........boy that makes me mad..hate wasting food...........:(
I'm cheap..I hate throwing money away..........:)
 
I love spicy food as well.

My mom was going to make some chilli on tuesday that one of her freindsmakes and is good. But my sister was sick and did not want her to have to smell the chilli. She has been busy since then so we won't be able to have it untill after x-mas, possibly New Years
 
I completely forgot to eat dinner until it was too late to eat real food. So I just had a couple of pop-tarts.Pretty healthy huh?:rolleyes:
 
Tonight's dinner included pizza, cookies, and snacks before we went around the neighborhood Xmas caroling. After that, I attended a friend's b-day party and had cake. Then I came home and had an Oreo cookie. hehe.
