Did anyone watch the show, Switching Paint early this morning, or another time it came on? Well on it they had Jeff Gordon and a guy that drives a formuula one car (forget his name) switch cars, and drive around Indinapolis I think it was. It was pretty neat to see a guy that usualy drivning a formula one and a stock car switch places.

Id half to say that the formula one driver handled the car really great. And Jeff Gordon handled the formula one great too. It was really neat to see them two in each others car and seeing what they thought and how they handled each one of them.

Luckily neither of them wrecked nor messed up either cars (would a formula one be considered a car? lol)

Well just wanted to see how many watched it and if you enjoyed it, I sure did.

Oh, yes, I've seen it several times. Even watched it live, the day it happened.

Jeff traded rides with Juan Pablo Montoya. They both looked as if they had a blast in each other's cars. Made me proud to be a NASCAR fan to see Jeff do such a great job. He was only 1 second from making the field at the last U.S. Grand Prix.

Yeah Jeff seemed like he really had a blast B) Jeff looking kool going at really fast speeds :p HAHA wonder if he could make it at the U.S. Grand Prix ;)

that's one second off the pace for the final spot.

Needless to say, the hype did not impress me.

Sorry

 smacking self in the head !!!!!!!! LOL I should have known, hahaha

I didn't see it again today, but did watch the first and many repeats cuz I love both my JG and JPM!
JPM had fun BUT Jeff had more fun!

I enjoyed it quite a bit when I saw it a few months ago. I came away very impressed with the technology involved in Formula 1. I knew it was great, but some of what I saw was really amazing.

It kind of made me wonder what NASCAR would be like if they actually let the teams decide how much power and technology they wanted to put in a vehicle. Didn't it used to be the goal of racing to build a faster car than the next guy could build? Not to achieve ultimate parity?

I watched it,then recorded it.Thought it was a great feature, just wish there were more of these drivers swapping rides from other racing series, most interesting IMO. :D

Jeff & Juan both were really impressive in Their respective lap times, considering the short learning curves They had in the others ride.Juan also knew the IMS road couse better than Jeff,so I'd say that Juan had a slight advantage in that respect <_<

  ....

The only thing I would have changed is to have JPM run on the oval in Jeff's car. That way, we would have known if he was good enough to be a Winston Cup driver. :) Jeff would have qualified for the Indy Grand Prix with his time.
