Hate, hate, hate, hate?
Exactly.Hate, hate, hate, hate?
Quite frankly, I don't even find her in the least bit attractive.O foolish and unlearnt nation, how long will I have to abide the ignorance.
Taylor Swift ain't made for music.
It is all about long legs Blonde hair and beautiful pale skin to contrast those achingly beautiful red red lips.
I like the way you think, Greg.O foolish and unlearnt nation, how long will I have to abide the ignorance.

It's a really amazing album, lots of good songs. My favorite has to be Welcome to New York.I like the way you think, Greg.
As for Taylor Swift, it's no secret that I like her, but for me, the jury is still out on the new album. At first I was cautiously optimistic about it, but now that it's finally out, I'm just like, meh. I do like the 80s vibe she was going for, and I know that with Taylor, her best songs tend to be the ones you don't hear on the radio as singles, but I don't want to drop $13 on an album that isn't streaming anywhere (legally) just to end up disappointed.
I only have one of her albums, Red, which was basically her transition album - it was half country, half pop, and I thought it was the perfect mix of styles. I wasn't so much into any of the more country albums she did before that, but at this point I think I'd be more likely to buy one of those albums than 1989. I don't know. Her country-style songs just sound more authentic to me somehow.
This particular song isn't necessarily bad. It's simple, catchy, and gets stuck in your head, which is exactly what pop music is supposed to do. It just doesn't sound special to me at all. It literally sounds like everything else out there.
I'm probably gonna get The Birthday Massacre's new album (Superstition) tomorrow instead. It's a crime that they're not more well known than they are. They're a Canadian band that does the 80s synth/rock style extremely well.
Quite frankly, I don't even find her in the least bit attractive.
Way too skinny, way to pale, and, just, ew.

And let me add "ugly haircut." She has it all.Way too skinny, way to pale, and, just, ew.
I wish the rest of "Pop Country" would do us all a favor, and follow her out of country and over to Pop.
Starting with Carrie Underwood and Florida Georgia Line.
So, do you think it's better or worse than Red?It's a really amazing album, lots of good songs. My favorite has to be Welcome to New York.

I liked the sample of "Style" that I heard and I'd like to hear the full song, but I can't find it anywhere. I also like the verse in "Out of the Woods." The chorus, not so much. The rest of what I've heard just sounds kinda generic to me, like any of today's pop artists could have performed it.
For $13, I dunno. I need a little more convincing, or perhaps a little more desensitization by repetition. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll eventually go on sale for $5 on Amazon. That's what I paid for Lorde's Pure Heroine album. LOL.
On the money makin business side she reminds me of Shania Twain. But In my opinion the similarity stops there. Shania is a better entertainer, better singer and a helluva lot better lookin. She's laughing all the way to the bank. Do they still do that these days? It's probably all direct deposit I guess.
She is a money making machine. Love her or hate her, she knows what she's doing.

YEP.Shania said she felt like a woman. I tend to agree.
I'm in no position to turn either down. Not that I could ever be faced with such a problem.
I'll take her if you don't want her. Only thing is, I'm afraid she'll break up with me after three days and write a sh!tty sing about it.Quite frankly, I don't even find her in the least bit attractive.

Yep. Then she'll get with me, realize that I'm all she's ever wanted in life, and her music career will effectively end since she'll have no more breakups to sing about.I'll take her if you don't want her. You'll have to fight me for her I'll win. I'll just change the land scape of her music, she'll start doing happy love type songs and write about ex's that didn't give her what I give herYep. Everyone wins.
Ehh, for all that, you can have her. There are way too many girls in this world for me to waste time fighting somebody over one of them. You'll have to fight me for her I'll win. I'll just change the land scape of her music, she'll start doing happy love type songs and write about ex's that didn't give her what I give her
i personally think all the dates and breakups are little more than a creation, all Hollywood. I have always got a major lesbian vibe from Taylor. Every time you see her with a guy it feels so fake and produced. Most of her love songs are gender neutral. But she forms these intense friendships with many women.Shania said she felt like a woman.
