Technical computer question (I think)

Okay, here's the deal. I have an iMac, second floor office location. It is hooked to Airport Extreme with another unit on the first floor hooked to the internet and television. We also have Directv.

Here's the technical part, my garage workshop is approximately 75 to 100 feet from either component of Airport Extreme. I like to listen to c&w traditional on satellite, and radio Golden Oldies, Music From the blue Light on iTunes. Is there a way to receive music from iTunes Airport Extreme in the garage? If so, what is needed to get them? Also, how would I send Directv music to the garage? Could that be done through Airport Extreme?

I am looking at an internet radio and wondered which of these listed is capable of doing what I am trying to accomplish.
