With Terry making the Indy race using his past champion provisional, can we now say that Terry is Mr. Provisional? How many cars has this man been hired to make a race? The "past champion's provisional" rule has been changed because of Terry being hired in the past. Dale Jarrett was the first to complain about this, if you remember. Now the past champ gets only five provisionals.
 
I think the past championship provisional should either be eliminated or have a 10 year cap (since last championship.)

I vote 5 year cap, cause if your using a provisional for 5 years straight to get into race, you need to hang it up. I don't recall Elliott ever using one. I think when he comes to the track, he is in a serious car, not a S&P.
 
I just hope he checks the glove box and make sure Jeremy didn't leave any Adderall or Claritin D in there.:p
