Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers the past week. It was hard but life goes on and we will too,.....just takes time. Kevin did just fine, we were so proud of him, he loved his grandpa Smith very much but understands he is no longer in pain and in a better place.

You all are very special folks....I'm learning how wonderful the Nascar fans truely are and feel lucky to be one!

Thanks again...hope to be back soon, kids are still home so don't have a lot of time on computer! Don't forget me! LOL

Glad that Kevin took the news of his beloved grandfather's passing well. Our children never seem to amaze us, and you are so right that in time the hurt will subside. Continued thoughts and prayers in your time of healing. :lilangel:
 
Elaine, I know from experience how difficult it was for Kevin, (as it was for me in my much younger years).
Please know that we all share your loss and will continue to be here for you and yours. :lilangel:
 
Yes it's a sad fact the life goes on. In time the pain will go away. But you will always have your memories. :lilangel:

I'm glad to hear that Kevin is OK. Continued prayers for healing to you and the family. We'll leave the light on for you....come back when you can.
