Both sides said the same thing, except the part about the cooling off period. I have never heard of a cooling off period before. My guess is that PASS is trying to cover their backside on this one. Now all we need is the truth.

The PASS statement addressed the fines and the reasons for them. These weren't disputed by David Gilliland Racing. DGRtook issue with the series promoter allegedly lashing out in profanity laced tirades at them. This isn't something PASS disputed happening, oddly.
