JWT on the pole...........

How the hell did Milka Duno out qualify Darrell Wallace and Kyle Larson? She couldn't even turn a lap within 5% of the next slowest car in Indycars. I guess Daytona qualifying is so easy anyone one can do it. Hopefully Townley and Duno get shuffled back fast or else we could see a 40 car accident

The big one could happen in the first turn. :lol2:

Milka's dangerous when she isn't near the front of the pack. Imagine what kind of war weapon she'll be in a good car.

Before the first turn may be optimistic....I'm just hoping the pacecar makes it in safely:D

After this race I will have seen a total of 27 of these races at Daytona from inside the fence. I must say that this field scares me the most. Lots of inexperience in a tight field. There will be nowhere to hide. Happy hour could sort some of it out but it is not likely. I will put the over under for caution flag laps at 44. Perhaps the 1st of 2 red flags by lap 15. The usual culprits will be under the microscope up front when it comes to getting in trouble but I have my eye on a new suspect. Keep an eye on the Jukebox hero in the #42. A really nice guy but a weapon on the track even if Geoff Bodine is pulling the strings. This guy could not keep the car off the wall by himself testing at New Smyrna the other day.

Of course I could be wrong on all counts. I hope for nothing less than for all a safe finish but we all no better than that. There will be so much action and I feel sorry for anybody that can't see it in person. The usual scripted coverage will not tell the real story. And as in the past when I have seen the powers that be of ARCA after a sloppy race in the pay line this time their heads might actually explode.

Oh, and yes I was there when Joe Cooksey destroyed a pace car under caution between 3-4. Sometimes the pacecar suffers as well.

Enjoy!

Did anyone else feel a disturbance in the force when the words jon wes townly wins at Daytona were said?
