A new concept in aerodynamic design and horsepower restriction. Passing will be restored at all tracks and restrictor plates will be completely eliminated. The draft will become a factor at all tracks, even the road courses!!

Driver safety may be an issue, but drivers have assured the developer that they will be willing to chance any risk entailed.
