Have gone down! Houston Astros knocked them out of the pennant race with a final score of 12 to 3. It might have taken all 5 games, but........................This will be the Astros first ever post season series win in their history!

Even tho' I am a Texas Ranger fan, I do have to lend some support for the other Texas team. Now, on to play the St. Louis Cardinals.

Im a braves fan, but even I knew they didnt stand a chance at winning the ws. This series has reallly shown how bad this team is. Even if they squeked by the stros we would have lost quickly to the cards.

I hope the astros are enjoying this win, it wont last long. I will enjoy seeing their smiles turn to frowns when the cards take this series easily.

I don't think they will have anything to frown about. They have accomplished something this year that they have never done. I look for the Cards to hand them their rears on a silver platter!

It was nice to see the Astros finally win a playoff series. Their fans have never experienced that before.

I really don't think it mattered which team won this series. The Cardinals are by far the best team in baseball right now and will win the next series easily, probably in a sweep.

The Red Sox vs the Evil Empire is the series most everyone will watch anyway.

I kinda enjoy watching the Braves lose the World Series every year. Being an American League fan, I always relaxed when the Braves won the NL; I KNEW we had it in the bag.

That's what I thought when my beloved Indians met them in the 95 world series. And wouldn't you know it that was the only one the Braves figured out how to win?
