Dick Bergeren: Anyway, lets go back to Jimmie Johnson, Randy Dorton this summer built a whole new corps of Engines for the superspeedways and when the fuel rule changed, they continually experimented with it on the engine setup. They also made sure that that problem which plagued their engines during the 2002 EA Sports 500 would never plague them again ! Back to you Mike !

Now heres the thing, I saw Mike Bliss's wreck tonight at Daytona and NBC actually cut into their commercial. When Waltrip did the same in the 300, Fox didnt cut into their commercial and I had to wait 3 laps into the caution to actually see some damn coverage, so NBC/TNT isnt bad.

At one point, they came backe from commercial, ran three laps and went back to commercial. Came back for for laps of racing, then right back to commercial. The good thing was I had tons of time to go grab a beer, and I am sure we did not miss anything during the commercial breaks anyway.

I was able to watch the complete qualifyinmg of the CART cars at Clevland without missing any of both races.

Yeh i thought it was just me. but there were a lot more commercials than Foxs' coverage. I really think Benny is horrible, he doesn't know who is driving what car half the time. Not much we can do about it , i'll still watch because i'm a diehard fan,even though it is a plate race.

there was even alot of commercials in qualifying, didnt they miss parks run which got pole?

They cut off most of Parks qualifying run. They only came back when he just finished crossing the start/finish line.
