I don't know what it is about our neighborhood. There are kids living around us. We leave the porch light on, etc. Last night we had 2 kids. They weren't dressed up. One had a WalMart bag the other was just using a purse. And, she was maybe a little old to be out T-or-Ting. For the past 3 years we've had no one show up.
I suppose they are heading to the Governor's mansion, the museum, etc. to be safe. Times have changed. Of course, with some of the stuff we pulled when I was tricking...well we weren't very good kids some times...
