#160-Jack Sprague (team debut)……0

The #14 of Mike Wallace is down to it's last provisional prior to Martinsville while the #23 of Kenny Wallace is out completely, and the brand new #160 of Jack Sprague which is using Hendrick cars, motors, and tech assistance has none to begin with. Kenny, Kirk, and Jack are all in go fast or go home mode from the gate while Carl could sneak a prov should Kenny faulter, AND Kirk and Jack don’t get up to speed. I can’t imagine a Hendrick proxy-car not getting up to speed with Jack at the wheel while odds again are that the 23 will have problems.

Best of luck to all the guys at the back of the pack.:)

Yet another driver In THE BAM! Dodge. Maybe this time it will work out better...

The BAM entry has made half the races it's tried to get in to on time......7 out of 14.... and has used 4 provisionals along the way. Pretty much a shoe-in to make the race

Stuart Kirby has a really good shot at making this race, I am surprised the #71 isn't trying for this race since they would have a fairly good chance with 453 owner points. My predictions are for Shepherd, Long, and Shelmerdine to not make the race. I don't think Sprague would be a surprise if he makes it, because of his talent, and with Hendrick helping out on his car.

You forgot the #11 Hooters Ford of Brett Bodine. He is also out of provisianls till Martinsville. Thats why he missed the race at Dover.

I agree with Ciggie, even though he stole my #71 thought. With six cars low in owner points, and two cars out of provisionals, it wouldn't be a bad idea for the #71 and even the #90 or #02 to enter their cars.

Man, 71 must have sumthin against BDR. Kenny had a strong finish at Kansas last year. Not setting the world on fire or nothing, but decent. HE knows the way around the track. The 23 ain't a terrible car, ain't a top notch one either.

Ol' KW might just surprise a few people this week.

The 71 hasn't made a decent run at a cookie cutter in years. Shorts and supers are where it has the best chance plus Kansas is a ways away from Avery's Creek. The cookies require leased horsepower to garner anything but last place unless it gets to be a break or wreckfest.

I half expect to see the 71 at Martinsville but her's a quote from timsauter.net "There is talk of running Rockingham, but that is not set in stone yet."

Sprague won't be a turtle, he'll get a top 20. I don't think Bodine will make the race.

I hope that Carl can make the race this week. He hasn't made one in a while. He's due.

Well, I be pulling for Kapt Kirk and about the only way he is going to get in is if Spock and Uhuru lay down a bank of phaser fire on the 11, 23, and 160, and Scottie somehow manages to fix the core reactor. Impluse power ain't gonna get it.

Bummer for me is that I missed that the 11 was even entered.
