Was sent this and, before opening, thought it was a joke as he never sends anything but negative political stuff, usually untrue. After opening and watching, found it isn't. This is one beautiful rendition of The National Anthem. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it could be used as a model for all musicians and restoring the dignity so deserving of the National Anthem, devoid of personal license so often used when performing this beautiful and meaningful song. I challenge everyone who watches this, and when over, can say they didn't, at the very least, get goose bumps or teary-eyed.

That was Beautiful. Nascar really should take notes on this. :beerbang:

Thanks for posting the video, Whizzer. I thought it was a great presentation.

That was pretty awesome, and NASCAR should take notes. I liked the first comments too: No pop stars, no vocal show offs. NASCAR does that way to often.

Agreed, NASCAR needs to realize that their fans don't care about the pop stars or the celebrities.

I don't mind the pop stars as long as they can sing.

I'd like to see the tracks have them perform entire concerts at the track if they're there though. Richmond did it and it worked well, especially considering a race ticket costs much less than concert tickets anyways. Might get new asses in seats even if for one race.

I actually stood up for that. It was awesome. Leann Rimes does a heck of a good job with it also.
