At 8, racer is media darling
 
i hope her parents are smart enough to keep her away from the media until she is old enough to handle it and racing. she is way too young for the media attention and added pressure it will bring. let the kid be a kid.

She is a cutie. :)
 
I saw this earlier this week on ABC News.

Nothing against her - that's pathetic. She just started racing bandaleros -- and they're hyping her up this much. :rolleyes:

Her parents are ruining her career. :mad:
 
As far as the next Danica, stock car racing has found her.

Alli Owens, at 20, has shown more potential than any other female racer moving up the ranks. Megan Retineour(sp?) also has a lot of talent.
